I spent some time driving, evaluating, and fretting about whether I wanted a car, truck, or SUV. The sales person I worked with, Mark, was patient, informative and flexible to let me find the right vehicle. He was actually downright friendly (not the typical car salesman that is for sure) I was almost completely set on a LaCrosse, but found the Acadia was more me. No pressure, no hurry, and above all an enjoyable process. My wife has had to endure many car purchases over the years, and really dislikes everything about the process. She had a good time and was impressed with the new GM products and quality. The trip to the finance department was quick, to the point, and easy. The typical upselling that all finance people do was not pressured, and I was asked if I understood the terms, and if I was sure I was happy. No big pressure to buy extended this or gotta have that. Upon delivery, the bells, whistles, and gadgets that are part of a new car were explained completely, and then I received a tour of the dealership, where to bring the vehicle for service, where to sit if I had to wait for service, and where the cookies are! This is a great dealership selling exceptional vehicles!

It was definitely worth the trip from Michigan to buy our 2012 Lacrosse from you. Before we made the trip, salesman Will Spencer checked the 2 cars we were interested in and even had minor fixes made that he noticed. Not only did he give us a great deal with a better trade-in than we could get in Michigan, but the car we purchased was the cleanest, best-prepped used car that we have ever bought. We appreciated all the time Chris spent with us explaining all the new technology. The staff at Lambert were great! We looked up the info for the vehicle we were interested in online and test drove it (2010 Enclave) when we got there. We loved it and made the purchase that very evening. We also had our 3 month son in tow and so to say we were very well accommodated, from the comfy seating in the waiting area to the choco chip cookies and snacks counter is not what you’d hear about at just any dealership. Over all we were very happy w/ the purchase we made including the salesman and the finance dept. It all went smoothly and we thank you guys for such a pleasant car buying experience!

My wife was recently in a car accident and her car was totaled she was nervous about purchasing a new car and wanted something that had great safety ratings. So we spent a few weeks shopping and looking online when I found a Subaru Forester at your dealership. Now we live in Brunswick, a bit of a drive, but I will tell you it was worth it. We came out with a few cars in mind and met Chris Cooper in the parking lot. He gladly took the time to speak about a few different cars with us. So we test drove one of the cars we came to see. That car was just not for us, so Chris showed us two other Subaru’s and a Ford Escape we had seen. Chris let us test drive everything we wanted, no pressure, no sales gimmicks. When we came back after our final drive we spoke not only to Chris but his dad regarding the Subaru and the Escape. Both of them should be commended for the knowledge about cars and their ability to put customers at ease. Needless to say we purchased a Subaru Forester that day and would recommend anyone we know looking for a car to come down and see Chris or his dad.

The newly designed facilities at Lambert were clean and beautiful. They offered coffee and other drinks for customers. We were given a tour of all the facilities in case we need to come back for other services. We live 40 miles away, but Lambert had the best selection of cars. Last, but not least, when we came back to pick up our car, we got a wonderful surprise. They have a very special “techy” student. He spends all the time you need showing you how to use the equipment on the dash. He even programmed my phone into the car. He saved me hours of reading and learning how to use all those
gadgets that weren’t available, when we purchased our old Buick. All of the personnel, we talked to were very welcoming, kind, and considerate.

He made several suggestions and showed us many options. He answered every question we had and offered so much more information, that we had not even thought to ask. On February 27, 2012 our Chevy Impala died. I made a call to Vickie and we were able to meet with her and John sodono. After finding our price range. I have never been to a dealership that met me at the road and said, “Hi you must be Laurie Jones, let me get the Dodge Journey pulled up here for a test drive.” Bob did not even know me. My experience was top notch. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. We felt like we had known them for years. Because the we have purchased were new or nearly new, and had no service needs, we have not had experience with your service department... until Tuesday January 3, 2012.
I want to tell you just what a wonderful and refreshing experience it was. Where we live, we received about a foot of snow that day. My son parked our 2003 Bonneville at the end of the drive so he could clean the driveway and when he went to start it, the key would not work in the ignition. When i came home from work, I was unable to get it to work so I called your service department and spoke with a gentleman named Andrew. I fully expected to be told to have the car towed in and that your technicians would look at it; however, to my pleasant surprise, Andrew took the time on the phone to help me troubleshoot before I had the vehicle towed in. Because of his time on the phone with me and his patience in explaining things, i was able to get the car started without a huge towing bill and repair bill.
In this day and age where all the mighty dollar is king, it is so refreshing to find that there are still people anad businesses that care enough about people to help them out, knowing that it could not result in not transacting business. a huge "THANK YOU" goes out to both Lambert Buick GMC and Andrew for his kindness.
I have referred many people to Lambert; specifically to Mark Mundy because his genuine care for his customers and his sales ethics have stood the test of time. Obviously, Mark's ethics are part of the Lambert philosophy of doing business because Andrew demonstrated ethics just as Mark has done for years. Please know that as a loyal GM customer (one Pontiac, one Buick and 2 Chevrolets), when I have a service need that I cannot handle in my own driveway or garage, your facility will be the first place I turn to.

I wanted you to know I did come in yesterday, Sept. 30, to look at the Jeep Commander. I loved the vehicle and did write up a purchase order. I also wanted you to know that Bob Leone did an excellent job and was very professional. I know what it is like to work in sales because I have been in retail for over 40 years. I also know the push is to “close” the deal so everyone benefits from the work. Bob listened to everything I had to say, as a customer, and never got “pushy” in an obvious way. He was professional and a gentleman at all times. I did ask for you when I came in but, since you were off, talked to Bob on the telephone instead. When I got to the dealership, he did an excellent job in your absence. I just wanted to take a moment to let you know what a good job he did. I know I appreciate it when my customers let me boss know I have done a good job for them. Referral business is important to everyone and I will let everyone I know, know about your dealership.
