My wife and I have been customers at Lambert Buick GMC for quite a few years and have always had a great experience with Mark Mundy in each of our new and used purchases. Because the we have purchased were new or nearly new, and had no service needs, we have not had experience with your service department... until Tuesday January 3, 2012.
I want to tell you just what a wonderful and refreshing experience it was. Where we live, we received about a foot of snow that day. My son parked our 2003 Bonneville at the end of the drive so he could clean the driveway and when he went to start it, the key would not work in the ignition. When i came home from work, I was unable to get it to work so I called your service department and spoke with a gentleman named Andrew. I fully expected to be told to have the car towed in and that your technicians would look at it; however, to my pleasant surprise, Andrew took the time on the phone to help me troubleshoot before I had the vehicle towed in. Because of his time on the phone with me and his patience in explaining things, i was able to get the car started without a huge towing bill and repair bill.
In this day and age where all the mighty dollar is king, it is so refreshing to find that there are still people anad businesses that care enough about people to help them out, knowing that it could not result in not transacting business. a huge "THANK YOU" goes out to both Lambert Buick GMC and Andrew for his kindness.
I have referred many people to Lambert; specifically to Mark Mundy because his genuine care for his customers and his sales ethics have stood the test of time. Obviously, Mark's ethics are part of the Lambert philosophy of doing business because Andrew demonstrated ethics just as Mark has done for years. Please know that as a loyal GM customer (one Pontiac, one Buick and 2 Chevrolets), when I have a service need that I cannot handle in my own driveway or garage, your facility will be the first place I turn to.
Thanks again to Andrew in the service department, Mark in you sales department and to your dealership in general for your old fashioned, honorable day to day business operations. It is a breath of fresh air! Mr. Marino showed me several vehicles and their features with patience and professionalism.
A few weeks ago I returned with questions and a problem with the head rests as they are
so uncomfortable and my friend won't help in driving on vacations as it hurts her neck so
badly. Mr. Marino checked and found there was no way to adjust except for up and own and it is against the law to remove them as that is what we tried to do. He gave me the 800 number for Buick customer service which I have called. Other than this problem he was able to assist me with everything else.

I was driving to Chicago last July and the transfer case in my GMC pick up truck spun a bearing, On Star directed me right into Lambert GMC from the Ohio turnpike, it was 3:30 Friday afternoon, Dylan in service got my truck right in and they found out it was going to be a major repair job. The courtesy van driver took me in his own car 25miles to Penske truck rentals so I could get a rented truck. Dylan and one of the parts guys helped me transfer my stuff into the rented truck, and I was back on the road by 6:30pm. They had my pick up truck fixed a week later and helped arrange to have it shipped back to me via contract car hauler.
